MyDevices allows you to install devices without confirming connectivity. It is strongly advised that connectivity is verified before leaving the site to ensure you do not need to return to reconnect devices.
- After following the Installing Smart Devices procedure
- Turn on the smart device and trigger it. (Instructions for this can be found here)
- On the Pest Pulse MyDevices App find the device.
- Ensure there is a green tick next to the device name. This confirms the device has sent a message and MyDevices has received it. If the device has a loading spinner and reports "It may take up to 24 hours to receive sensor data" you should re-attempt the device installation procedure and force the device to send a message.
